Return Policy
Our return policy is as follows.
Earrings/Jewelry - No returns or exchanges. This is due to the nature of the product. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged item and we will replace it.
All other items are returnable under the following conditions:
1. They are not customized; customized items are not able to be returned or exchanged. If something is misspelled, please contact us with photos of the item and we will replace it.
2. Buyer notifies us that they intend to return the item within 14 business days of receiving the item.
3. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in the same condition as it was received within 30 business days of the delivery date. All returns or exchanges will be inspected upon return before exchange item or refund will be issued.
Earring Care Instructions & FAQs
Can I get them wet?
Yes, they can be gotten wet to an extent. We don't recommend swimming with them in due to the chlorine in most pools. Showering, getting them wet in the rain, etc. should not have an effect on them because they have all been treated with either a protective stain and/or indoor/outdoor acrylic sealant to protect the painting.
How do I clean them?
Our favorite way to clean the post is with a little bit of ear cleaning solution on a cotton ball. If the wood portion of the earring needs to be cleaned, we recommend a soft non-abrasive, damp cloth to wipe them down.
I have sensitive ears; will these work for me?
While we make no guarantees that they will be safe for your ears because everyone has different levels of sensitivity, we do use all nickel and lead-free posts and ear wires. In fact, most of our stud posts are actually hypoallergenic stainless steel, while the ear wires are a metal alloy. Fun Fact: Melissa the owner has gone most of her life without wearing earrings due to extreme metal sensitivity. She made it her mission to be able to wear the earrings she creates. So, she actually tests out every new style of ear wire or earring post she brings in before using them in her designs. If they irritate her ears, they don't get used in her designs.

Can you do other designs?
Yes, we are always happy to work with you to create a unique and custom design that you love. Just reach out to us via our contact form or email.
How do I clean them?
Soap and water. We don't recommend leaving them to soak in water and we don't recommend the dishwasher.
What should I use to keep it in good condition?
We recommend either cutting board oil or mineral oil. We advise against olive oil as it can trap bacteria.
